Tim and Serena Humerick have spent decades building a life centered around hard work, stewardship, and family values. After moving to Tennessee more than 16 years ago, they founded Double Barrel Farm in 2016 with just four cows and a vision for producing high-quality Angus cattle.

While our herd has grown, our mission has remained the same: raise exceptional cattle and provide families with beef they can feel confident serving around their table.

Through careful genetic selection, responsible herd management, and advanced breeding practices, we've developed a herd focused on producing Angus beef known for its flavor, tenderness, and marbling. Every decision we make is designed to improve quality from generation to generation.
That dedication inspired the creation of Double Barrel Meats, Williamson County's premium local meat market.

Many of the cuts you'll find in our store come directly from our own herd, giving us the unique ability to oversee quality every step of the process. From pasture management and genetics to feeding programs and finishing, we're committed to providing premium beef backed by transparency and trust.
